I don't think DH is faster, I did a little testing and it was ~110K/hour. It's possible it was a shitty sample, because a few big hits could throw that number way off, but eh. (Whip is ~110-120K/h)

Anyways, Dharok's trips aren't that long, because you can't use a SGS with the power surge shits. I'm sure you could use an ancient mace or some stupid shit to get some prayer back, but SGS #1 for life. Aside from that, you've got no prayer bonus etc etc.. Same XP, more loss = NN

try using ancient mace instead of sgs.... you will see great improvement in ppot saving

Haven't done the quest for it, don't really want to fuck around with it. SGS gets the job done, usually can go from none to about full.
