Everything really depends on shipping price.

Those who truly have priority are the ones who are my friends. Then common users who participate in the RS section. Then those who are less common.

The reason for this is pretty simple. It is more worth it to reward non random than to reward those who just randomly saw the thread and tried to take spots. I personally think I've been here long enough to distinguish between the common users, and the ones who just started because omg free trade.
