I know that but doesn't it also apply if the account is nonmember for a certain period of time? I believe this was a thing in the past. I could be wrong.

ive tryed to highscore ppl in my friend list that havent connect for many years and they do appear on the highscore

Just tried logging into my hacked/banned account from years ago, its still locked :(

if it has been hacked you can ask a recovery from the website

already tried multiple times :(
apparently if u try more than once it is bad for ur chances to successfully get a appeal !!
