anyhow the main benefits of 13 def is addy gloves/fairy rings and slayer helmet as well as xerican robes
which none of that really matters if your not actually going to do any combat.

Make it an Ironman and use it as a permanent skiller pker in the higher total level worlds for skillers.
Use noniron to loot them.
