people will work out the new metas for everything very quickly - tbh doesnt sound like much will change - people will get killed easier for their d bones at wildy altar basically

the lev req changes dont make much diff as someone said above, most people with access to that type of gear are near maxed combats anyway - might ruin some niche pure build or something

i agree powercreep is a big thing - just look how easy ppl rip through the fightcaves with a BP - i remember back in the day taking bloody guthans and all sorts tryna get through that place

don't like the idea of removing prayer from a tbow - I think items that OP/Expensive should be just that and I don't think tbow paticularly ruins any content just makes it a bit easier to grind on high level accs from what I can see - not that I have ever had 1 but ye

Powercreep in some capacity is needed.
You will literally just stagnate the game, the only thing they will ever be able to release are niche weapons/armor, and once the niches are filled you either release doa content, or powercreep.

Theres a reason every live service game implements some form of powercreep, the ones that didnt, are dead.
