With mithril being -1.15 Gp/Xp, and Addy being .44 Gp/xp profit. It's well worth the time saved from doing blast furnace.

e; maybe I was just a noob at gold at blast furnace, I always made better xp/hr doing platebodies.

i did mith plate bodies till addy bodies

you have a much smaller loss if you alc so I was finishing an inv and alcing 2 plates as I ran back to them bank as you dont lose any time

depends how afk you want though as that requires semi concentrating - i just sold the others I didnt alc while banking - saved me a few mill for zero time and some mage exp :)
