make an acc, do jobs, get post count up. scam when you think its worth it. then repeat

There is not really a guide book to get trusted by players.
Most will not use a 2020 user for account safety.

That dosen't mean you can't get a job here however many skilling jobs dosen't require bank acces etc so might be easy to get a job doing such.

One thing that however may help you out would be lettin us know how you found this site.
As D2jsp is not something discussed on runescape at all. So i would assume an friend invited you here.
Having that friend Vouch for you would be an very good start on this forum.

there's a few members of staff who play RS a ton, both RS3 and osrs, one of them is even maxed on old school lol

What Udsuna said is correct.
The Staff here are filled with runescape players. They very well know the game.

Im quite sure if you all spend 2 minutes looking at achievment tread you can find atleast 3 staff members.
Yet there are more than 5 staff members playing. Some part of the S/A Team aswell.

I would say do a progress thread on an account (or however many) for people to see you work on your own account and show off that bank.

also taking the BS jobs that don't require bank access is an easy way but doesn't give much imo
