Ez gp get varrock diary done and get daily battlestaves and make air/fire/water/earth whatever. Once you can enter the magic guild you can buy battlestaffs and craft them makes some good gp alcing. As for low end slayer levels Id say its tough depending on stats. If you have 60-70 range youll still be putting some slow damage output sooooo kinda best to just grind it out or do agility pyramid buy whatever needed be it a drag scim and go from there boom boom boom. If you dont mind the random annoying slayer task do wildy slayer and get keys and go loot deep wildy big chest that can have some nice goods. Rogue outfit is ezpz can camp ardy knights and make quite a few million
