No one is going to have the "facts", it's all hearsay. From what most people on here/reddit/etc say, you have a way higher chance of getting banned for selling the gold, rather than buying it.

Some people get banned for trading only a bit, some never get banned and trade/sell bils. Some people don't get banned for botting or auto clicking either, bottom line is, the chances are really slim but there is always a chance. Jagex is wildy inconsistent
