It happened to me fletching 10 years ago with ghost mouse where I could make random clicks generate more than a second apart at different intervals and click spots so yeah.
Plus their technology is better now.

Plus only ran it for cigarette breaks on my days off

Basically you may get away with it but they may also find a pattern.

Perhaps mobile being a thing made it harder to detect but idk.

take your alchs to the dagannoth kings lair
learn how to safe spot dagannoth rex
works especially well if you have a dagannoth slayer task
alch while in the dagannoth rex safe spot
kill rex whenever he spawns
make like 2m+/hour while gaining more magic xp per hour than afk alching and you get hitpoints and maybe slayer xp
also there's a chance at pet
