just the barbell and the weights will give you enough to do everything, i dont know if you got the large training balls 55cm+, but for the hamstring there's nothing better than this (just romanian dl dosent do the trick for the hamstrings ;))
You talking about the kettle bells? I actually don't own any of them. Hopefully she has a higher weight set than mine. I stole this weight set from my brother and they're fairly low lol.
