I mean you can kill the Barrows brothers at a quite low level with low requirements and make decent profit to open up more content.

There are a lot of Youtuber's that make series' about how much money they can make starting at level 3 in just 24 hours.
I know for sure that Framed has a couple on there. I'd suggest watching some videos on that just to get a feel for really nice and easy money makers that you can do literally 15 minutes into the game.
