2 of the attempts i got 3 set spawns before 600hp lol

Hopefully the acb dps boost is gonna help alot, idk if it improves the amount of ruby procs tho, do you need to roll a hit in order for the spec to go off or can it go off even if you miss, didnt even manage to find this on google

i dont remember which diary it is, but that is the only thing that increases bolt proc rates iirc

I think you missunderstood, i am wondering if bolt procs can happen regardless if you hit or miss. If they can also happen when you miss, having a higher accuracy isnt gonna benefit you very much when using rubies
