@ 70 Combat, you're only able to do chaeldar at best. When you get to 75 you can switch to Konar, dunno if that is the best idea or not but the keys will actually be worthwhile compared to when you're more progressed on the account.
Idk how many points you have, but Fire giants are honestly the only thing worthy of blocking right now. Black Demons/Iron dragons don't unlock until 80 combat, which you might be at Konar for since she unlocks @ 75 cb.
Looking at Konar, I'd block:
wyrms(not great drops and they use up ppots, which you'll want to conserve as much as possible)(also highest weighting so you'll see them wayyyy too fucking much)
black demons(until you're ready for the demonic gorilla grind, which won't be for a while)
fire giants(optional block, you can always pray melee in catacombs and kourend tele/monastery tele to take no damage, but they're slow and drop shit so I would block)
steel dragons
iron dragons
And I'd block them in that order since it goes by their weighting. Steels/irons aren't too bad if you have ibans and antifires and a decent mage level, otherwise they might belong a bit higher on the list.
Also, in terms of unlocks, I'd recommend: Superiors > broad fletching(if you need to train range it's pretty good til you get the smithing levels for better stuff) > rings if 75 crafting > helmet
Helmet is sexy, but borderline useless as an upgrade to black mask
