Not really, alot of the points can be earned by doing alot of afk tasks, so doing it on 2 accounts isn't much harder then only doing it on 1
fishing, cooking, Wintertodt, and mining all net a ton of points and can be done reasonably afk
Its impressive to me cause I suck at the game.
