automatically generated tile markers are bannable, like woox's plug-in that shows you the line between multi-combat zones and non-multi-combat zones in the wilderness,
but manually set tile markers are unmentioned, so woox can't be banned for setting all those multi-lines on his own, but if you use woox's plug-in you can be banned
so my verzik and olm tile markers are ok but... if i created a plug-in that auto-loaded my markers onto your client w/o me expressly telling you which to mark, then we'd get banned
