That's where I'm at and work; been here for 8 years now since completing my Bachelors and love it here. Probably the best city in Wisconsin.

I have no idea. I don't play enough rs; most of the osrs content is new to me and I recently started back up lol. I didn't even know what the hell a trouver parchment was used for til I looked it up ;).
