After you click send email. It says confirm you want to send or something dumb. Same as with password changes. Im sure youre confirming the second page but literally all i can think of after reading this

Outlook has this very odd feature where it has 2 inboxes. One is normal, the other is focused.

Make sure you're checking them both. :P
