tried rolling back drivers before I re-installed windows, and I completely wiped windows, so basically yes i re-installed the client from fresh.
(it was happening before I re-installed windows)

something on that page might be causing an issue with ray tracing
there are still alot of issues with RTX cards because of ray tracing acting funny.... one of the main reasons people are still going for the 1080 Ti over the 2080
