I've done multiple trades in excess of 500M on an account that really had no business owning or receiving that much with zero issues. Have also traded many billions on RS3 without a hitch, I think you're fine. The only time I had a problem was with RS3, and it was because the gold I received had been reported as stolen, and even then all they did was take it away... no ban.

Avoid talking about the trade at all, and put up some junk in the trade window (not sure if this helps, but at least it won't look like a completely one-sided swap).

Edit: Take pictures of the trade window and chat before AND after, just to be safe. (do this always)

I used to buy osrs gold
mine were always 150-300m trades and I did them every few weeks. (this was years ago so Im not sure if they have changed things)
but I never even got a blackmark on mine.
