As for playing RS on Mobile, OG69Jelly plays exclusively on Mobile and he manages to do end game content so you shouldn't exclude yourself from that. I also personally believe OSRS functions extremely well on Mobile.

As for Albion, I have contemplated downloading it several times and always decided against it. Best advice I can give on that matter.
