My cousins started playing on mobile so i've been afking bandits with guthans for weeks now. I'm almost 99 in all combat lol. At first it was mostly mobile and minimal play.
Now i have my little back up computer at bandits and my wireless mouse sensor taped. so i can just walk around my property while i get stuff done and click my wireless mouse every 10 minutes.
All those accidental clicks with the mouse in your pocket is good enough to be honest. Throw on a ring of life and i dont have to worry about anything. I can leave and just do whatever without worrying. Come back around my property and click a few times on my mouse and i'll attack again since bandits constantly attack you. my cousins are all 105-110 combat and i'm nearing max from just doing this casually. haha

Getting up to 900k exp a day without really doing much. The painful part is fixing guthans and logging in every 6 hours. That's the lame part. I was working in the garden and backyard ALL weekend and got 1.3 mil exp in 2 days. I was laughing so hard at my cousins cause we're in this little race. A lot of the time....i forget about the mouse and it's those accidental clicks when i kneel down or whatever.
