Fight Arena, Tree Gnome, Mountain Daughter, Vamp Slayer, Tree Gnome for NMZ. and do Watefall quest.

You Can pretty much enter NMZ at that.

You don't necessarily need them they'd just boost your str bonus a little at the early stages. After the quests Andrew said it's extremely fast. Won't take you long at all. @ 90 hp that dh nmz is good stuff.

Personally I'd get 70/70/70 and afk guthans it at nmz

70/70/70 with similar level hp will only be getting you 60k xp/hr at nmz, it's best to wait to do the DH method until high hp for them big hits.

Buddy of mine did it in just over 2 months. He went pretty hardcore training though once he got into NMZ, he was in there for many hours a day
