Jagex have taken action against accounts involved in rule-breaking in the Inferno and they will continue their actions indefinitely to ensure the integrity of the Inferno remains intact. The ones that still wishes to pursue with this type of service against Jagex policy would most likely resort to programs that would allow to fully use another computer by a third party and this opens up users to not just scams but identity theft, or much much worse.
