To roll a unique item you have to roll the “rare table” is 1/256 per roll, 2 rolls per kill so (1/128 to roll a unique). There are 4 items on this table (onyx hat blowpipe fang). Dhally dmed means you missed the table, you rolled a rare item on standard drop table. Table I googled says they’re about 1/50 and 1/90.
