yeah, its good efficiency xp with some GPs setting you up for the big bucks later on.

highly recommend just using broad bolts and a runexbow if u need starting cash, since thats pretty much free as opposed to blowpipe which would be about breaking even. Be sure to have void, its a lot better than d'hide if you choose the correct bosses (low to no ranged def)

e; depending on how poor you are you should def flip things on the GE

I did iron arrows, try to buy for 1-2 under the price and flip for 0-2 above the buy price. You end up making like ~50k a day or so doing that.

I also did raw tuna for a long time too lol, but that one costs more to start flipping, but you also get a somewhat bigger margin

also since im after bandos pieces cant i farm these from someone/something?

Bandos items can be farmed at Godwars Dungeon, but it'll require decent skills and experience ingame.
You could check out Youtube -> "OSRS Bandos guide" or something like that

Marks of Grace shouldn't be used for money making imo. Not worth it.

agility is definitely worth doing, but I wouldn't use the marks of grace for making money lol

so i should make my own stamina pots with them?
i have the graceful set and tbh i dont see the need to change its color.
