i think they read somewhere that no matter whoever buys into rs, they're not going to let anyone touch osrs updates

Why would anyone buy a 10 dollar bond worth 2.8m when you can buy 11m on a site for 10 dollars and buy 3 bonds

Explain how this is exploitable in any way
