I want to make mine as a money maker alt. I just love the 1 def gear like ranger tunic and robin hat.

Not sure what kind of account i could make to meet both of those standards.

10hp max is aids, repairing barriers sucks and is very boring.
Cool accounts, but the process isn't fun at all IMO.

My tank "Toyota" is 35 Combat 75 Def, 63 HP with Full 3rd age melee, Firecape. and I pretty much just skill on him, turns a lot of heads.
a 10HP tank would be even lower combat and you could skill with full 3a or Bandos on at level 20 CB.

Yep, as a 10 hp def pure, you'd be in :
Bandos or 3a at level 19 Combat.
Dfs/75 def at level 21 Combat.
99 defence at level 27 Combat.

or

99 Def / 99 pray - 10 hp @ 40 CB
Pray cape/Full Bandos or 3a @ 31 CB

Coming from experience, I ran a unique account cc, almost all of the defence pures enjoyed their accounts and stayed active as defence pures even to this day, where as about 90% of the 10hp max attempts ended up getting bored and just going main eventually.

My acc is 35 cb, but I have HP

because it's still something i'm considering.

As you said its 40k hours.

I wouldn't do that, terrible waste of time imo
