Yes. Slayer gorillas with max stats boosted and slayer helmet makes arclight worse vs whip so you only get more use out of those shards the lower your stats are.

I get better XP/H / DPS with DScim + DDef then with SS.
About 3/4k. I want to get 99 Str before I use whip to max my xp gained.
I will leave it as is for now (using it for Skotizo/Gorillas) not anywhere near abyss or gwd yet.
so will get 99 str then whip attack, leveling def with def casting on burst tasks, will burst mm2 tunnels when I have an excess of chaos/death runes from barrows.
