Have PoH Teleport, Amulet of Glory, Ring of Dueling, Necklace of Passage, Digsite Pendant, Xeric's Talisman
Can profit up to an expected 1300k/hr depending on how fast you are at completing them
Large portion of profit is from anticipating 33M from Ranger's Boots 1/250 of the time
Killing Chaos Druids
150k/hr to 200k/hr
Green Dragon hunting (mid level stats)
Profit rate of 300k/hr to 500k/hr

Passive Money Makers:
Complete the Bone Voyage quest to start doing Bird House trapping on Fossil Island. It's quick, great hunting experience and can quickly earn you an expected 40k - 70k per trip which takes under 2 minutes to complete and can be done every 50 minutes. That's effectively over 1000k/hr to 3000k/hr of effort!
Crafting needs to keep up with your hunting level, somewhat. The amount of Hunting experience you get is crazy, so you may be interested in improving your Crafting for better birdhouses.
Complete as much of the Varrock Diary as you can to claim discounted Battle Staves every day, netting over 20k(easy), 40k(medium), 80k(hard), 160k(elite) per day with just a quick runby to the staff shop.
Herb runs can net over 170k per ultracompost ranarr run. Speeds can vary based on what you've completed, but still! Certainly over 1000k/hr applied even for beginners.
Kingdom of Miscellania gives decent passive profits over time.
Max profit of 153k/day
Pay attention to herb, ore, log, and fish prices to be the most efficient. Spreadsheet below is very helpful.
Cats (Gertrude's cat quest - easy)
27.6k (100 death runes) over 3 hours of minimal effort, increased to 55.3k (200 death runes) after completing Ardougne Easy Diary
Must feed and interact with kitten every 30 minutes or it will run away
Can trade in Cat for the 100 - 200 death runes after 3 hours, or wait another 2-3 hours for it to become an Overgrown Cat, allowing you to bank it and get a new kitten. Doing this saves trips to Ardougne by bringing multiple cats at once.
Brewing different ales can net a high profit per time put in. You can increase the chance of a mature (m) brew to 64% by using "The Stuff" from a minigame after completing Cabin Fever. Brews are pretty cheap to make and you can expect an average profit over 250k/brew, taking only a minute or two to set up (8 hours to 2 days to finish) along with a 20 minute minigame for The Stuff.
Completing diaries gives small bonuses that add up over time. Maybe it saves you a minute by offering another shortcut or teleport item, maybe it gives you free alchs or discounted items, etc.
Edit: Jewelry crafting prices were too high
Follow this guy's advice. A lot of newer players struggle when they start out but money making is ridiculously easy and there are tons of methods. You may not start out making 2-3m an hour but the higher the level you are the more you'll start to make. Training your combat through Slayer is another great money maker btw.
