Once im 20 everything where do i train now?

after those quests you should be well above 30 in att/str/hp and can move on to beating up some crabs

To extend off this after the quests finish 40 attack for rune scimi then train id say 45ish str then get 50 attack for the granite to where you can decide if youd like to train str more for higher hits ir train attack for the better weapon then train str its preference really to 60 after that id definitely at least get the other skill up to 60 before going for 70 in it.

I personally would do 40atk then 45str then 50 atk then 55str then 60 atk 60str 70atk 80atr 75atk 90str 90 atk 99 str

^lvl defense up how ever you want between those lvls

Complete waterfall quest. From lvl 1 att/str completing that quest will get you to 30 att/str. Questing from low levels is the way to go guys

Do mostly quests now, as the exp you get from quests compared to your XP P/H potential is much closer.
Bold are ones you should definitely do in addition to Lashiing's recommendation. Non-bold are kinda optional, just a little extra xp from easy quests (scorpion needs 31 prayer tho)

None involve combat other than running past some skeletons

Good chunk of mining XP and a bit of slayer/hunt

First teleport is lummy for free, after that you need to level magic. At 25 you unlock Varrock.

If you’re a member I suggest low level combat on goblins for an easy
clue scroll to get a some gp to quest with. You can make around 30k-300k and buy teleport items like ring of wealth, games necklace and teleport tablets.
