Collect cow hide. U can tan it in al khar and sell it at the grand exchange for ok gold just starting out.

Sand Crabs > imo.

Look em up, not that bad to get to or hard. Just a long run/walk.

Buy 2-3 energy pots and you're good (or just walk once run% is 0)
