Not going to lie I had the same thing on RS3. I had purchased a deathtouch bracelet and reapers necklace and for some reason they're not in my bank anymore. I don't sell items so idk wtf happened.

not that ii know of, only had one person on my account and i had password A before he did quest, password B while he did quest and password C after he did quest
