Pretty sure that sometimes when you scam on a different account, your multi gets locked instead of scammer tag.

Unless you can prove me wrong, what did he do then ? Sold FG for cash ? Aside from that I don't see why he would be locked.

Account could be compromised, and requested to be locked until a further time when they feel safe.
