Pvp pking is going to be awful as you can refill spec in house now and then Tele back to varrock /edge, spec someone and repeat.

Rushers will just be worse in pvp worlds now but I never really went to pvp worlds unless I was risk fighting in which most cases would just hop to w365 to duel each other after each fight for spec

feel like teleing to your own house is why people do it. Maybe some people will bring tele to POH tab for your portal but iuno

Wow, just read and didn't realize that the spec energy restore benefit is on EVERY pool, holy god. I assumed that was so good it would only be put on the level 90 one.
