Inactive account maybe or her main has different name since rs3 had a lot of namechanges is most likely.

I cant see the exp atm because im on my phone but if exp is logged then the username exists. (1,-1) means lvl 1 exp 0 for rs3. My program skips and leaves blank if username doesnt exist (high scores throw an exception that gets handled). Ive never seen it mishandled but it is possible.
