think dags are the best option which is nice because they are also decent effigies and very afk

This all the way best method! Cannon, Blood barrage, virtus, gano, or batwing with wand of trechery and off hand mage book or anything. Very very good! 300+ charms an hour

ascension monsters drop fair amount of crims maybe 100 + an hour and you make bank there from keys alching rune items etc.
