I have had accounts much better, and yes I actually do know what Hunter and patience is like, my sig alone proves this.

No skiller would ever be dumb enough to catch black sallies for 99 Hunter, when chins are able to do without any quests, and easily accessible as a skiller. Not to mention the profit on them at 99 is roughly 700k/hr.
