I'm talking about going to GE on a pvp world with normal pk gear and a stack of cash in the inventory preferably on both sides. These fights happen all the time, look up youtubers. "risk fights". You put up 1 bil each fight, lose 3 fight, traded 3 bil. Not 100% safe either but also what people said bonds are 100% safe jagex approved RWT go make the private investors happy so they can flip the assets on a profit when they sell off the company "jagex" to the next shareholders.

Also on your other point, yes most are probably flippers for fg/gp, I'm a real person and I used to sell or buy gold, fg, played diablo 2, services (was easy money) but nowadays d2jsp forums are ultra mega dead and idk where everyone went. But to be fair the messaging system here is very outdated, you get no notifications (as far as I know) when someone messages you but at least d2jsp for me had a history of having trusted people whereas any other website or discord server seemed like guaranteed scam.

That's also considered gambling / game of chance which jagex will also ban especially if there's gp involved, They can't do anything about fighting for sets because its just a fight in the same gear, but gp in the invent during the fights is gambling, They do waves on these players eventually just not during peak player count times if they're looking into deals

The most you can do is pm them their account level and ask how they acquired the gold.
I tried to acquire large amounts of non gambler gold when it dips down low to dump a months later, I don't consider that reselling if its been a long term hold.
It would still be way cheaper to buy Bonds on OSRS trading forum and activate them with what gold you have than buying bonds from Jagex.
