While everyone is pointing to a vastly higher osrs player count, you do have to consider how many of them are bots too.

Osrs is blue, rs3 is yellow.

Gives you a general idea of how to compare population.



This is a good point on why in game population is likely not the best metric, but this is also not a factor, as bots do not google

^ theres no way jagex would call bots people, or include them in their player count as it does in fact state "people" playing
