It's the only people I can see getting anything out of it.
Old accounts created years ago that have never completed tutorial Island are a thing for bot farmers to lower their ban risk, getting a cheap start on some new farming toons is about the only benefit I can see here.
Maybe it only takes less than two weeks to make a decent bot, idk.

Nevermind this is useful to no one, can't wait for that double XP rewards to come to OSRS. I'm going to finish out my prayer to 99 when that happens.
