Their servers crash on a day they really cant afford to allocate resources to it.
in about 12 hours the Winter summit goes live to announce this years plans for the game and this happens.
they will be in full on panic mode lol.

ohhh shiiii, does that mean it's offline for EVERYONE again? I was wondering cuz my runescape launcher isnt working.
