These are my stats. I'm wondering what kind of gear I should aim to get with about 20 mil gp. I'm aiming to get my stats up enough to do dragon slayer 2.

I need a reasonable setup for low-effort afk training my combat stats. Maybe a setup each for ranged, magic, and melee.

Is afking sand crabs still good? I haven't played in years. I'm looking for something I can afk for hours at with minimal interaction every 10 minutes or so. Like running away and back to reset the auto attack timer or w.e

You can go 15 mins at nmz fully afk if you're a normie acc and buy super combats and dont care about paying an extra 26k here n there for shorter runs rather than watching your hp.

Definitely just youtube a nightmare zone guide. Pick the 5 least defense monsters you have unlocked, get to 1 hp via rock cake, drink absorbtion potions, and boom its afk time.

Is that 15 mins, then do something small (leave and re enter? How long does this take?) Then back to auto attacking? 1hp? Why? Rock cake. I'll look that up. Absorption potions. That too.

It's 15 mins, spam click 4 dose absorbtion potions until u stop drinking, spam click rock cake/locator orb down to 1 hp, sip super combat, afk 15 more mins

Absorb pots are something you can purchase with nmz points you get from killing the quest bosses in there.

First run you basically put on prayer gear and bring enough prayer pots for i'd say an hour or so straight. maybe like 10 p pots with proselyte?

Then you buy absorbs and since you are at 1 hp from rock cake/locator orb the bosses can only hit a 1 on you, which the potion absorbs.

Each sip is 50 absorb points so every full pot is 200 absorb points. you can have up to 1k absorb points "sipped" at a time so you just chug 5 pots, be 1 hp, and you will get hit for 2s and 3s etc once you regen to that hp. Normally with super combats you're able to easily come back before your 1k absorb points run out, so you just sip back up and lower your hp back down from w/e it regen'd to to reset it.

Sit somewhere in the middle so everything can aggro to you, if you're too far in one direction or another, sometimes as you kill them, their spawns will be too far away to draw aggro which can cause you to logout.

I would just do nightmare zone with full dharok, use rock cake (gotta do a quest from recipe for disaster I believe to get it) to down hp down to 1 and just use rock cake anytime hp gets to 5 hp. bring a pair of dragon claws if you can afford them or dragon dagger p++ for when the power up surge appears, it's crazy experience. otherwise just afk the whole thing
