please tell me you did not train your def to 45 through combat

I did lol I’ll be fine I can reset defense at any time so I’m not worried lol.

Might go pure in the future and keep a 1-5 more defense than wanted but I’d be able to use granite legs so not a huge loss.

You can’t reset defense on osrs. There’s certain quests you need to complete for zerker that gives defense exp, so if your goal was zerker and not main you need to restart asap
