Just wondering if the competition has changed a bit where a low level player have a fair chance in competition ? Before it was all based on exp gained and at higher level the exp/hr is alot higher than lower level. Thanks

Actually agree on this point.
Maybe make players who are from levels 1-30 in a certain skill get like 1.5x the XP, level 30-60 get 1.25x the xp and then 60+ gets the normal 1x XP. - not exact numbers but something along those lines.
Something like that so even a lower level player or ironman having to do the "not max efficiency skill" will still be able to keep up a bit more
Nothing will be changing about it
The way it is setup is completely fair to all players, everyone has access to the same resources (information about high exp rates)
Adjusting exp gains for players at a lower level provides an unfair advantage in multiple ways over players with higher levels
Some skills it is more expensive to acquire those rates, or in the case of ironmen requires more time investment to gather the supplies needed
Exp rates scale naturally in the game itself, providing boosted exp for lower level throws that balance off entirely
The skill comp is meant to foster growth and competition to encourage everyone to get to those higher levels in skills
