Ok, it's the exact formula for success as in real life or anything else.
1) Play a lot. I mean a LOT. Do you have a job, hobbies, and friends? Good. Cut two of those and spend that time on RS.
2) Play efficiently. Look up guides on speed running to your goal. Usually: quest early xp, grind the skills (if its a buyable, grind the gp to buy the levels). The goal is to get to end game content quickly, since xp and especially money making methods are way better.
2.5) Have good moneymaking methods along the way. You will need $ to complete your buyables. There are tons of methods that give $1m+/hr, for mid game. Or be creative and find a hustle. For example: I use my D2 knowledge to grind out early items each D2 ladder and sell on this website for FG, and use FG to buy osrs gold... made ~20k fg (~800m) in 2 weeks when d2r launched
3) Stop playing & thinking like a noob. Chatting it up at the GE, picking up every little 100gp you see on the ground, using cheap food or walking everywhere... not spending $ on stamina pots... just weak minded shit you might do that wastes your time. Just do everything with max speed in mind
4) Start completing task lists. Make an end goal, and then make a list of each thing you need to do to get there. Knock each task out 1 by 1. It's very rewarding knocking out individual tasks, and they compound over time.
Eventually your account will be in end game and the money will come. Get a group and grind out a t bow.
