By that logic, buying or selling rsgp through jsp is illegal, so you should just buy directly from Jagex.
Rather than getting 3250 fg for $100 from the site, you could easily get 7,000-11,250 fg per $100 in various subforums, and at one point I was getting 15,000 fg per $100 with over $1000 traded on that method.

And on topic with your stimulus check... if you are the one who makes the money and manages the finances, and you are stable and don't need to pay anything off, do whatever you want with it.
If your girlfriend manages the finances and you just leave it all to her to deal with, you should definitely talk to her first.
Odds are she's getting a stimulus too (or had already gotten it 2 weeks ago), assuming she filed her own taxes and wasn't claimed as a dependent last year.
It's not something you have to sign up for, but something that was credited to you and anybody who filed their taxes.
If you didn't receive your first one, you can claim it when you file your upcoming taxes, and it will be credited to you.
Stimulus comes faster to those who set up their accounts for direct deposit when they filed their taxes, rather than waiting for a card or check to come in the mail.

Also this was a joke topic. We've been together 10 years and go 50/50 with all our money.
It's actually going to a vacay or a wedding (We say wedding but we live like we're completely married and have a 2 year old so we end up going on vacation instead lol)
