Does a F2p freshly made account have a limit on how much can be given or received?

You have to reach a certain lvl or total lvl to sell things on GE, also a lot of items aren't available to you at first.

I think you can still do that, but not 100% sure. I'd be careful though, I imagine lots of account are probably under an invisible probationary period when first created.

Correct sir, you can RECEIVE millions but you can’t GIVE them away until you’ve played 20 hours + certain skill level or by buying a membership bond.

You can recieve thats so players Who create New accounts can trade over bonds.

To give you need to play 20hours and some more stuff.

Best way to avoid this is ofc simply by gettin membership

There's been an update few weeks ago, QP won't be enough to abolish the trade restrictions.
