What’s the best 1 Att 1 Str weapon in the game to use?
I’m looking to just train defence.

Right now I’m using a red topaz machete

pretty sure its swift blade nowadays 2nd is event rpg

The swift blade is a weapon purchased from Justine's stuff for the Last Shopper Standing for 350 Last Man Standing points.

Much like the ham joint, it has no bonuses, but has an attack speed of 3. This makes it tied as the best in slot item for level 1 Attack Pures to train Strength with, without 55 Slayer and 50 Magic for Slayer's staff.

This item is also commonly used by higher level players in the Theatre of Blood in the Nylocas room. Players previously used the Event rpg or the Ham joint here due to their 3 tick attack speeds. This item is very marginally better than the Ham joint as the stab attack style better utilises the attack bonuses of the gear commonly used for the Theatre.

if your looking for str bonus im not too sure... Ik swift blade is mainly for obby pures, but i don't think it'd be too bad for def pures? Not too sure, anyways gl.

Pre sure the two options above are best as they attack pre quick
