Cosmics can be bought from the mage arena and at the store in elf city after sote. It’s a major pain in the ass

Go to bandits where people used to train melee. those things drop cosmics left and right

Dark wizards, zombies drop them which would be easy kills for your level. If you had the slayer lvl etc they are a common drop from Molanisk.

Mage bank is your best bet. Am almost 2k total and I think I've seen 2 pkers ever going there and they're usually garbage.
